Training for the eTravel System

  • Before accessing the eTravel System, arrangers and approvers must complete training appropriate to their role.
  • Online training is available through Carmen and self-registration is required.
  • Please note: System training is not required for travelers to access the
    eTravel System.
  • Additional training resources are available through the Travel ASSIST,
    including a FAQ for the eTravel System.  Visit the Research Foundation
    website for sponsored program resources.
