eStores Go-Live on February 11th
The go-live date for eStores, the university’s new online ordering system, is Monday, February 11th.
So, what does this mean to you?
- A new eStores button will appear on the PeopleSoft requisition page.
- By clicking the button, you can search the eStores catalogs and build a shopping cart that will import into PeopleSoft.
- eStores is intended for use by both UNIV & OSURF Chartfields.
- You will need to adjust your settings for Internet Explorer in order for eStores to work properly. (There are instructions on http://www.ibuy.osu.edu/estores).
- Beginning February 11th, orders to Fisher & Office Max will need to be placed using eStores -- typing Fisher & OfficeMax item numbers into the requisition screen will no longer work. (Users may continue to type the 5-digit item numbers for Stores stocked items directly into the requisition screen.)
If you were unable to attend one of the auditorium training sessions, the following training options still exist:
- Comprehensive, self-paced online learning modules have been developed in support of eStores. (Visit http://ibuy.osu.edu/estores to launch the online learning.)
- Open help labs are scheduled for the weeks of February 11 and February 18 at 2650 Kenny Rd. Registration is not required. Specific dates and times are listed on the web site. (http://ibuy.osu.edu/estores)
